As a Latin American country Argentina has its favelas, even though in Buenos Aires one does not have the impression of being in a country that has experienced, or is experiencing, economic crises. 5/10.
DECORATED
Very beautiful statues everywhere and of course that of Evita in the middle of the bourgeois area of Recoletta, presented as fleeing the high society that hated her. 10/10
